Billing, plainly
When am I charged?
Each app is charged its monthly amount when its billing date comes round, from the day it was created. Deleting an app stops future charges; changing its resources changes the next amount.
Is there a free tier or trial?
No free tier. There are no setup fees or minimums either: create a workspace, top up what you need, deploy, and delete when done.
What happens if a charge fails?
You are notified and the charge is retried daily for three days. If it still fails, the app is paused - scaled to zero, data and address kept - and resumes automatically once the wallet is topped up. Nothing is deleted.
Can I pay in Tanzanian shillings?
Yes. A workspace is USD or TZS, chosen at creation; every rate, quote and invoice is in that currency, with no conversion surprises.
How are marketplace apps priced?
The same way: the template’s default resources at the unit rates. Change the allocation and the price follows; the listed price is the default.
What does SMS cost?
A flat prepaid rate per message, shown when you buy credits in the console. Failed sends are not charged.
